1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Sunehri Ghee ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our storefront or placing orders.
2. Product & Quality Guarantee
Sunehri is dedicated to providing premium quality Desi Ghee. Our products are churned using traditional methods, are Halal certified, and Punjab Food Authority (PFA) approved. We make every effort to display and describe the products as accurately as possible.
3. Ordering & Confirmation
When you place an order, we will reach out to you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your shipping details. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we cannot verify or if payment information is incorrect. All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard taxes.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan using premium courier partners (like TCS). Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, logistics bottlenecks, or public holidays.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any purchases made on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
