At Sunehri, we take immense pride in churning Pakistan's finest premium desi ghee. We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. We offer a transparent return and money-back guarantee based on the terms outlined below.
📦 Standard Returns
To qualify for a standard change-of-mind return, the jar must be **fully sealed, unopened, and unused**. The protective seal must be intact. Returns must be initiated within **7 days** of delivery.
🛡️ Quality Guarantee
If you open the package and find that the ghee is **not of premium quality**, does not meet Sunehri purity standards, or shows signs of contamination, we will accept a return even if it is opened. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How to Initiate a Return
To return your package, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via **WhatsApp at +92 (300) 123-4567** or email us at **heritage@sunehri.com.pk** within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Provide your Order ID (e.g., *SN-2026-XXXXX*) and share photos of the jar showing either its sealed state (for standard returns) or details regarding the quality concern.
- Once verified, we will instruct you to ship the package back to our Lahore warehouse. In case of quality issues, we will arrange a replacement or refund the complete order amount.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within **3 to 5 working days**.
